An Auchentoshan Lowland single malt distilled in 1993 and aged for 26 years in a single cask. It was bottled independently by Alistair Walker for the Infrequent Flyers series at 42.2% ABV, giving 195 bottles.
Gold in colour, it has a light, grassy nose with dusty oak and warm buttered rolls. On the palate, vanilla pod earthiness develops, with caramel and popcorn in support, still grassy as a touch of peppery spice appears. The finish is very soft, with dried apple and white chocolate.
