Infrequent Flyers Girvan 27 Years Old Single Grain Cask #804141 (70cl, 55.6%)

This is a 27-year-old single grain whisky from Girvan, bottled by Infrequent Flyers from a single cask in a 70cl bottle at 55.6% ABV. The spirit was distilled in 1997, matured in a port cask and released in 2025. Only 319 bottles were filled, and each comes in a cardboard tube. The whisky has a bold amber colour. The nose is rich and nutty, with toasted coconut, roasted peanuts and marzipan. On the palate come molten Demerara sugar and coconut toasties, alongside stewed apricots, raisins and a hint of nutmeg.
