It was matured in a refill bourbon hogshead.
The nose combines vanilla, fudge, raisins, cinnamon and Christmas pudding. The palate is full of flavour, with cough sweets, dried red fruit and toffee, and a pinch of pepper at the end. The finish is full and long.
