This is a 42 year old single grain Scotch whisky from Invergordon, distilled in 1973 and bottled in 2016 by Wilson & Morgan. It comes from their Barrel Selection, Collector's Edition, at a cask strength of 52% ABV.
A single traditional oak cask of refill bourbon wood produced 221 bottles. Tasting notes list vanilla, pepper, malted grain, oak, light fruit and spicy tannins.
