This is a 30 year old single grain Scotch whisky from Invergordon, distilled in 1984 and bottled in 2015 by Wilson & Morgan.
It matured in refill sherry casks. Cask 14 produced 767 bottles, bottled at a cask strength of 57% ABV.
The notes run from dark perfume, mint and camphor to old books, light smoke and sweet grain. Vanilla, liquorice, gentian root, leather and oak tannins follow.
