Invergordon 27 Year Old is a Summer Release 2024 bottling from Dràm Mòr. It matured in a refill bourbon barrel, and 218 bottles were filled from that cask.
The nose is delicate and quieter than the age might suggest, and not especially sweet. The palate is juicy, creamy and gently sweet, with creamy caramel and a soft fruitiness of stewed pears. The finish is long, with American oak influence and a touch of white pepper.
