Irish Whiskey Bonding Co. Chancer Peated Small Batch Irish Whiskey (70cl)

Chancer is a peated, small-batch blended Irish whiskey from the Irish Whiskey Bonding Company, in a 70cl bottle. It combines five Irish whiskeys: Shortcross peated single malt, other double- and triple-distilled malts, pot still whiskey and grain whiskey. They are matured in ex-Bourbon, Sherry and virgin American oak casks. The nose is gentle smoke with sweet cereal and fresh fruit. On the palate, honeyed cereal, soft fruit and malt sweetness meet pot-still spice and restrained peat. The finish is sweet and smoky, with a mild dryness and lingering spice.
