This is a 17-year-old Irish single malt from Irishman, in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt.
The whiskey is triple distilled, non-chill filtered and made from a mash bill of entirely Irish barley. Just three casks are produced each year, and each bottle is numbered by cask.
