Isle of Harris – Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

Isle of Harris Single Malt is an easy-drinking, everyday single malt, distilled in the village of Tarbert on the island of Harris. It is matured in ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. The maturation takes place only in shoreline warehouses at Ardhasaig, overlooking the Atlantic a few miles from the distillery. The water used runs over 3-billion-year-old Gneiss rocks. The whisky is made, matured and married on the island by a team of young local distillers and blenders, trained from scratch.
