Isle of Harris Single Malt is a single malt whisky from Harris Distillery, distilled in the village of Tarbert. It matures in ex-Bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, kept in warehouses at Ardhasaig. These stand on the shoreline overlooking the Atlantic, a few miles from the distillery. The whisky is described as a complex, easy-drinking malt for everyday pouring. It is bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
