This is the 2022 Special Release from the Isle of Raasay Distillery, a single malt finished in sherry casks. It is bottled at 52% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was first matured in ex-rye casks from the Woodford distillery, then finished in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez quarter casks. It is lightly peated.
It is described as having hints of peppery spice, almond, nuts and sweet fruit.
