Isle of Raasay Ex-Oloroso Oak Barrique Cask No. 2021/142 – 50th Anniversary of Kirsch Import (59.6%)

A single cask Hebridean single malt from Isle of Raasay, bottled at a cask strength of 59.6% to mark the 50th anniversary of Kirsch Import. It comes from cask number 2021/142. The whisky was finished in an ex-Oloroso oak barrique. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The distillery opened in September 2017 in the Victorian Borodale House and is regarded as the first legal whisky distillery on the island of Raasay.
