A lightly peated Hebridean single malt from Isle of Raasay, the island that sits between the Isle of Skye and the Scottish mainland. It is bottled at 46.4% in a 70cl bottle.
The peated and unpeated spirits were matured separately, in ex-rye casks, Chinkapin oak casks and ex-Bordeaux red wine casks, then brought together.
The nose offers almond, hazelnut, oak, caramel and chocolate. On the palate, spice and blackcurrant jam come first, followed by more dark fruit.
