Isle of Raasay – Hebridean Single Malt (70cl, 46.4%)

Isle of Raasay Hebridean Single Malt is a Scottish single malt from the Isle of Raasay distillery. It is bottled at 46.4% in a 70cl bottle with a distinctive embossed design. The whisky combines lightly peated and unpeated spirit and was matured in a variety of cask types, giving a rich, complex character. The palate is elegant, with gentle peat smoke, dark fruit, vanilla, caramel and spiced oak. The finish is long and warming, balancing fruity sweetness, subtle smoke and spice.
