An Isle of Raasay single malt, four years old, distilled in 2021 and matured in Hungarian oak ex-Oloroso sherry barriques. It belongs to the Oak Species Maturation Series and is a limited edition of 8,000 bottles worldwide.
Bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle, it is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The nose shows subtle, elegant smoke with ginger and freshly roasted coffee, while the palate offers juicy blackberry, dark chocolate and fine dry spice from the Hungarian oak, with a full, oily texture.
