This is a Highland single malt from Isle of Raasay, finished in Bordeaux red wine casks. Makar's Malt 1, 'Here's Tae Ye', is a single cask release, number 2018/3.
It was a special release from the distillery for International Women's Day, with a donation to Glasgow Women's Library. The bottle also marks the end of celebrated Scottish poet Jackie Kay's time as the Scots Makar.
