This is a single malt from Isle of Raasay Distillery, released in 2025 in a 70cl bottle at 50.7% ABV. It is made from a mix of peated and unpeated Raasay spirit.
The whisky was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and Marsala wine casks. It is non-chill-filtered and natural in colour.
The nose combines light coastal peat smoke with honeyed apricot, peach and citrus peel. On the palate there is candied orange, dried apricot, toffee and a nutty note, with gentle smoke and a little sea salt. The finish is medium-long, with stone fruit, citrus oils and soft oak spice.
