Isle of Raasay Na Sia Single Cask 5 Year Old is an unpeated Hebridean single malt from Isle of Raasay Distillery, part of its Na Sia single cask range. It was matured in American ex-rye whiskey casks from Woodford Reserve Distillery in Kentucky. These casks previously held rye whiskey made from a mash bill containing 53% rye. The cask brings peppery spice, butterscotch sweetness and vibrant fruit, and the unpeated spirit lets those flavours come through clearly.
