Isle of Raasay – Na Sia Single Cask 5 Year Old (Bordeaux Red Wine, Peated)

A peated single malt from the Na Sia Single Cask Series by Isle of Raasay, matured for five years in a single Bordeaux red wine cask. The cask came fresh from a château in South West France and is one of a trio of peated releases. The red-stained cask gives the whisky a deep ruby colour. It is bottled at cask strength and is non-chill-filtered. Dried fruits and Christmas cake sweetness are balanced by earthy peat smoke.
