This is a lightly peated single malt from the Isle of Raasay Distillery, in a 75cl bottle.
It comes from a six-part maturation. Two spirits, one peated and one unpeated, are matured in three types of cask: rye whiskey casks, fresh Chinkapin oak casks and Bordeaux red wine casks. The result is a single malt with real depth and complexity.
