The Chinkapin is the third core expression from Isle of Raasay Distillery, a single malt made from both peated and unpeated spirit. Both spirits are distilled from 100% Scottish barley and matured separately in fresh and refill Chinkapin oak casks. They are then married together, giving a lightly peated style that is the distillery's signature.
