This is a 27-year-old Canadian blended whisky, blended by Dr Don Livermore and bottled at a cask strength of 62.1% ABV. It is a limited edition in a 75cl bottle.
After its long maturation it received a second maturation in full Japanese Mizunara oak casks, not just inserts.
The nose brings together Mizunara character of sandalwood, black tea and exotic spices with Canadian whisky notes of plum, green apple, vanilla cake, cherry and toffee.
