Jameson Crested is an Irish blended whisky from Cork. It combines single malts of 10 to 12 years old, triple distilled, and is matured in ex-bourbon and oloroso sherry casks.
Those two cask types shape its character, giving a full, rich flavour and a subtle finish.
The nose shows deep sherry influence with pot still spice, charred wood and a little vanilla. The palate is full and complex, with caramel, spicy oak and sherry undertones. The finish is warm and long, with lingering sherry sweetness, soft spice and a trace of smoke.
