An Italian amaro from Jefferson, produced by Tailor Made Pack.
It balances aromatic herbs, roots and spices in a complex yet harmonious recipe, with intense notes of gentian, rhubarb and orange peel, plus balsamic and liquorice hints.
The palate has a pleasant, persistent bitterness softened by a delicate sweetness. It can be enjoyed neat after a meal or used in refined cocktails.
