Jefferson's Reserve Very Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon, produced in very small batches from mature barrels chosen for their depth and balance. It is bottled at 90.2 proof (45.1%) in a 750ml bottle. It can be sipped neat or with ice, or used in classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned or a Manhattan. The nose is vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and light spice. The palate is full bodied, with toffee, baking spices, dried fruit and oak. The finish is smooth and lingering, with warm spice and gentle sweetness.
