Jefferson's Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Jefferson's Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a Kentucky straight bourbon from a brand founded in 1997 by Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a bourbon historian. The brand was set up in honour of Thomas Jefferson's curiosity and experimentation, and it pairs blending with inventive barrel maturation. In the glass it is a honey-amber colour. The nose offers brown sugar, toasted oak and sweet corn, with a hint of citrus and orchard fruit such as peach and apple pie. The palate is light, smooth and easy, with vanilla, caramel and delicate toffee, and a gentle undertone of rye spice and cinnamon warmth.
