Jefferson's Very Small Batch is a handcrafted Kentucky bourbon bottled at 41.15% in a 75cl bottle.
It is aged in metal-clad warehouses, which accentuate Kentucky's extreme temperatures. The bourbon is pushed deep into the barrel and draws out the flavours of the wood.
Those flavours are vanilla, caramel and assorted fruits.
