Jim Beam Apple is a whiskey liqueur from the Jim Beam family, in a 70cl bottle at 32.5% ABV. It takes the bourbon house's whiskey and gives it a green apple character. The brand traces its story back to Jacob Beam, who used his father's whiskey recipe to distil surplus corn into a sweeter kind of bourbon. That began a family history of seven generations and more than 200 years. The flavour is described as green apple and wood, with vanilla and honey behind them. It is soft and fresh, and can be sipped neat or used in a cocktail or mixed drink.
