Jim Beam Black Extra Aged Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Jim Beam Black is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It spends years longer in American white oak barrels than the original Jim Beam, and is bottled only when judged ready. It won the International Wine & Spirits Competition Bourbon Trophy in 2016. The extra years of ageing give a full-bodied bourbon with notes of caramel and warm oak. The nose is deep, with caramel oak, cinnamon and vanilla. The palate is full-bodied and well balanced, with heavier caramel and a rich flavour.
