Jim Beam Devil's Cut (70cl, 40%)

Jim Beam Devil's Cut is a 40% bourbon in a 70cl bottle. It is made by drawing out the whiskey that remains trapped in the wood of barrels once they have been emptied. The extract is held until it reaches the right balance, then blended with 6-year-old bourbon. The result is described as having a deep colour, with aroma and character to match. The nose is rich and concentrated, with wood, bourbon and vanilla. The taste is bold, intense and deeply bourbon.
