Jim Beam Devil's Cut Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 45%)

Jim Beam Devil's Cut is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 90 proof (45%). It is made by extracting the liquid that stays trapped in the wood of the barrel, using the distiller's own process, and blending it with extra-aged Kentucky straight bourbon. The name plays on the angel's share, the portion of bourbon that evaporates through the barrel as it ages. This is the devil's share instead, the part left behind in the wood. It is described as robust in flavour, with deep colour, aroma and character, and is intended to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
