Jim Beam Double Oak

Jim Beam Double Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon that takes the classic Jim Beam style and adds a second stage of oak maturation. After its first maturation, the bourbon is moved into a second freshly charred American oak barrel, which deepens the vanilla, caramel and toasted wood flavours. The nose offers vanilla, caramel and toasted oak with sweet spice and a little fruit. On the palate it is rich and rounded, with caramel and vanilla sweetness, toasted wood, baking spices and the corn sweetness of Kentucky bourbon. The finish is warming, with vanilla, caramel and spice.
