Jim Beam Double Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 700ml bottle.
It is first aged for four years in newly charred American white oak barrels, then moved into a second freshly charred white oak barrel and aged further. The extra time in oak is said to give an intense, spiced oakiness and rich caramel.
