Jim Beam Rye is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It is a pre-Prohibition style of rye, aged in new charred white oak barrels, and it won Double Gold at the San Francisco Spirits Awards in 2018.
The nose is spicy with rye, with hints of vanilla and oak. The palate is peppery, with cinnamon and mint, and the long, soft finish shows a slightly sweet side.
