Jim Beam White is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey bottled at 37% ABV, in a 1125ml bottle.
The bourbon was originally distilled in 1795 using what the maker calls the finest products. It can be poured straight, over ice or mixed with a soft drink such as ginger ale.
Deep honey in colour, it shows hints of vanilla and caramel. Fattier meats such as bacon and ham go with it, as do nuts and chocolate.
