Johnnie Walker 12 Year Old Black Label Sherry Cask Finish

This is a blended Scotch whisky built from whiskies that have spent at least 12 years in cask, then finished in casks seasoned with sherry from Jerez. The blend draws on Clynelish for sweet fruit and spice, Cardhu for creamy toffee, and Cameronbridge and Glenkinchie for honeyed sweetness and vanilla, all wrapped in smoke from Caol Ila. The sherry finish adds a softer, sweeter note to the Black Label character. On the palate it is described as the familiar Black Label flavours with the sweetness of figs and plums from the sherry-seasoned casks.
