Johnnie Walker A Song of Fire is a blended Scotch whisky from John Walker & Sons, released as a Game of Thrones limited edition and bottled at 40.8% in a 70cl bottle. The nose is gentle, with soft peat smoke and ash, brown sugar, caramel and vanilla, ripe red berries, orange peel and baking spice such as cinnamon. The palate is medium to full and spicy, with caramelised sugar, chocolate and dried fruit such as apricot and dates, balanced by woody peat smoke, pepper, clove and a hint of coastal salt. The finish is of medium length and warm, leaving toasted wood, smoky caramel and light notes of leather and menthol.
