The nose is gentle, with toasted oak, creamy vanilla, caramel and a delicate peat smoke, alongside nuts, raisins, figs and touches of sherry. The palate is rich, velvety and well structured, with malt, vanilla, sweet spices, dates and nuts under a smoky note. The finish is long and warm, leaving sweetness, nuts and a smoke that is never overpowering.
