Johnnie Walker Blenders' Batch Rum Cask Finish is an experimental Scotch blend finished in barrels that previously held Caribbean rum. It is bottled at 40.8% ABV in a 50cl bottle.
The nose is sweet, with acetone, white pepper and yellow fruits such as apple, pear and banana, along with some pineapple. On the palate, white pepper comes first with pineapple and pear, followed by brown sugar, coffee beans and cocoa. The finish is of medium length, with black pepper, spice, cocoa and yellow fruits.
