Johnnie Walker Blue Label Aguas De Vida is a limited-edition blended Scotch whisky inspired by Lake Guatavita in Colombia, the sacred lake tied to the legend of El Dorado. The bottle has its own design, made using the Colombian technique of mopa mopa plating, which uses transparent resin from Elaeagia trees. The nose is rich and smoky, balanced by floral and spicy notes. On the palate come layers of chocolate, sherry and vanilla, with deep fruit and honeyed sweetness. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a refined peaty smokiness.
