Johnnie Walker Blue Label London Limited Edition

This is Johnnie Walker Blue Label in its London limited edition design, part of the Cities collection. It is a blended Scotch whisky dressed in a presentation made for the occasion. The nose is soft and sweet, with floral notes, vanilla ice cream and a hint of oak fire smoke, plus green apples and a touch of pepper. On the palate the texture is silky, with salted dark chocolate, hazelnut spread and slightly burnt wholewheat toast, then wet grass and crunchy green apples. The finish is short and slightly drying, leaving gentle oak fire smoke at the back of the throat.
