Blue Label Rome Limited Edition Design is a blended Scotch whisky from Johnnie Walker, described on the label as a blend of the house's rarest whiskies. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle by John Walker & Sons Limited, London. The nose is balanced and complex, with heather honey, ginger, sandalwood, candied orange, raisins and walnuts under a subtle peat smoke. The palate is very soft and silky, with dark chocolate, hazelnuts, kumquat and sherry, moving to malty notes, oak and a hint of freshly cut grass. The finish is long and warm, with well-integrated smoke, mild pepper and tannic wood.
