Quest is a blended Scotch whisky from Johnnie Walker, labelled Cask Conditioned. It is in a 75cl bottle at 40%.
The nose offers apple cider, green pears and orchard fruit, then sherry-influenced raisins, figs and dates, with honey, white flowers, vanilla and very light smoke. The palate is soft, silky and oily, with caramel, vanilla and barley sugar, followed by stone fruit, longan and ginger, and a faintly salty, savoury edge. The finish is medium to short, warm and round, with dry oak, gentle tannin, ripe fruit and caramel sweetness.
