This is a limited edition blended Scotch whisky from Johnnie Walker, in a 75cl bottle at 46% ABV. It was aged for 10 years in first-fill American oak casks, then finished for six months in casks that previously held American rye whiskey.
The nose is soft, with vanilla, warm woody spices, orchard fruit and orange zest, leading to cereal notes. The palate begins with the influence of the rye, followed by vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and candied orange. The finish is long, semi-sweet and spicy.
