Johnnie Walker Swing is a blended Scotch whisky from the 2000s, in a 75cl bottle at 43% ABV. It is known for its bottle, shaped so that it rocks gently back and forth, a design inspired by the golden age of transatlantic travel.
The Swing was created in 1932 by Sir Alexander Walker, grandson of John Walker. The whisky is medium-bodied.
The nose is rich, with sherry sweetness, mild smoke, spice, dried fruit, tobacco and leather. The palate is smooth and oily, with spice, sherry, smoke, faint peat, cereal, oak, pepper and a little ginger. The finish is long, ending in spice, oak and a touch of clove.
