Juniper Hill 6 Years Old Barolo Wine Mystery Malt (46%)

Juniper Hill is a Murray McDavid Mystery Malt, a 6 year old single malt from an undisclosed Highland distillery close to the River Findhorn. It was bottled in 2022 at 46%, with natural colour and no chill filtration, in a run of 1,093 bottles. Murray McDavid's Whisky Creations Team bought new make spirit directly from the distillery and laid it down in European oak. It was then finished in first-fill casks that had held Barolo wine, and three casks were combined for this bottling.
