Jura 10 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Jura, in a 75cl bottle.
It spends ten years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then a finishing period in aged Oloroso sherry casks. Gentle smoke and a coastal influence sit alongside a rounded texture.
The nose combines soft vanilla, orchard fruit, black pepper, dark chocolate and delicate smoke. On the palate there is ripe nectarine, vanilla cream, sweet sherry, ginger and cocoa. The finish lingers with dark chocolate, freshly ground coffee, oak spice and a smoky warmth.
