Jura – 12 Year Old 2014/2026 Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection Bourbon Barrel

This Jura single malt was distilled in April 2014 and matured for twelve years in a single bourbon barrel. Signatory Vintage, an independent bottler, selected the cask in June 2026 for its Cask Strength Collection. It is bottled unfiltered, at natural colour and without additives, from a single cask that yielded 211 bottles. The nose combines vanilla and buttery cream toffee with a faint saltiness and firm tannins. On the palate, sweet caramel and vanilla meet salty notes and spicy tannins in a full-bodied style. The finish is dry and woody, with a mineral edge and a light return of caramel.
