This is a single cask Isle of Jura, selected by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled in April 2014, matured for twelve years in bourbon barrel 700377 and bottled in June 2026 at 58.9% ABV, without chill-filtration and in natural colour. The cask gave 211 bottles.
The whisky is a bright yellow-gold. The nose is sweet and creamy, with vanilla, cream toffee, fine pine notes and a salty spice. Caramel, resin and nuts follow on the palate alongside spicy oak, and the finish is long and dry, with a mineral saltiness.
