Jura 12 is a 12-year-old single malt from the Islands, with a smoky side that shows mainly in the finish. The nose is usually described as citrus fruit and chocolate working together. The palate starts sweet and lightly fruity with a hint of banana, then turns spicier in the background with liquorice. A touch of smoke comes through in the finish.
